Yes, why would people whose lives are shattered by the drug cartels created by America’s hopelessly misguided and provably ineffective “War on Drugs” move to America?

Could it be because the available choices are other countries with similar problems?

Or would you have them move to countries where they haven’t got a good chance of speaking Spanish, and being understood, whilst improving their English?

Then again, given how much of the South-Western US used to be Mexico, maybe they’re just moving home.
