My fervent hope is that because Mitch McConnell has chosen to act differently around the point of SCOTUS appointments, which is to say, that he ignored and then invented precedent, that Biden does the same when it comes to a presidential pardon.

Then again, given that Trump has said that he'll resign when the Electoral College result confirms his loss (note "resign" not concede)... President Pence will pardon him. So Biden/Harris will need to do a lot more than fail to extend the presidential pardon.
