The Democrat's case was about the coup attempt as a culmination of his rhetoric. The only reason that he was acquitted is because the Republican Party is rammed to the rafters with spineless wimps. Only seven of them voted on the facts, the rest went with fear... or other similarly base feelings.

Does it occur to you that the Democrats have allowed the Republicans to display, in public, their complete disregard for facts?

As to "real" court cases, the DoJ, etc., you're presuming that those aren't coming. The Impeachment was a move by Pelosi and others Democrats, whereas Biden has intimated that he has other things to focus on in his first 100 days.

On the matter of Democrats supporting so-called BLM rioters (I note that you are presupposing their guilt) many of the funds are simply reflecting numerous projects around the country set-up to reduce the impact of cash bail on defendants' chances. It is well-known that defendants who have been unable to afford bail are more likely to be prosecuted, at least in part because juries assume that defendants coming to the courthouse from jail are more guilty than defendants that were free to arrive with their lawyers. That flies in the face of innocent until proven guilty.
