If your business benefited from the government stimulus checks, then any taxation to cover those stimulus checks isn't "getting the wealthy to pay for it" it's recouping the monies given to the needy that ended up in the hands of the wealthy because that's the direction of travel for all money.

If the government hadn't issued those checks you wouldn't have seen the upsurge in business that you did, at least not to the degree that you did, despite the needs of the people. So you should bear some additional taxation to reflect this indirect windfall.
